Questions, answered.

Our setup requirements for digital and wide format printing.

We accept the following, and prefer TIFF for the best image quality:

  • Illustrator CS5
  • InDesign CS5
  • Photoshop CS5
  • TIFF (preferred)
  • JPEG
  • Acrobat PDF

All colours should be supplied in CMYK with spot colours as required. Create files with Adobe Acrobat on the 'Press Quality' setting.

  • Convert fonts into paths/outlines in the original file, and embed fonts in the PDF.
  • Add 3mm bleed.
  • Do not add crop marks, colour bars etc.
  • Supply native application files if the design uses multiple transparency options.
  • Supply images at 300dpi.
  • Supply all linked files and fonts.
  • Give us a ring for specific information.

  • Use 300dpi images for files printing under A2, and 150dpi for images above A2.
  • Supply artwork at 100%, 50%, 25% or 10% of full size, with bleed.
  • Embed colour profiles in images and tell us which profiles you used.
  • Supply all linked files and fonts.

  • Full design is charged at an hourly rate, quoted up front before we start.
  • We supply a proof for approval before anything goes to press.

All prices shown on this site are in NZD and exclude GST.

  • GST is added on the final invoice.
  • Your quote is the invoice — no late add-ons.

We courier throughout New Zealand and install locally.

  • Rigid boards over 2 metres travel on pallet freight — cost confirmed in your quote.
  • Installation across Auckland with our own crew.
  • Pick up from 14C Ryan Place, Manukau any weekday.
