Quotes and pricing

• All prices on this site are in New Zealand dollars and exclude GST unless stated otherwise.
• Written quotes are held for 30 days from the date issued.
• Volume discounts shown online are applied automatically at the quantity you order.
• Prices assume print-ready artwork. Design, file repair and image sourcing are quoted separately.

Artwork and proofing

• We supply a digital proof and production does not start until you approve it in writing.
• Approval is your confirmation of spelling, layout, colours, sizes and finished dimensions.
• Errors present in approved artwork are not covered by our reprint policy.
• Changes requested after approval may incur a new setup charge and reset the turnaround clock.

Turnaround

Quoted turnaround runs in business days from written artwork approval and, for new accounts, receipt of payment. Turnaround excludes courier transit. We flag any delay as soon as we know about it, but we cannot accept liability for consequential loss caused by a late delivery.

Colour

Screens are backlit and printers are not, so on-screen colour is a guide rather than a match. We print to a consistent profile per substrate and accept a commercial tolerance of roughly 5% variation between runs and between substrates. If exact colour matching is critical, ask for a printed proof before the run.

Payment

• New customers pay in full before production. Approved account customers trade on 20th of the following month.
• Orders over $2,000 excl. GST may require a 50% deposit.
• Title in the goods stays with Iris Signs until payment clears in full.
• Overdue accounts may incur reasonable recovery costs.

Cancellation

Because every job is manufactured to your specification, an order can only be cancelled without charge before artwork approval. Once production starts you are liable for materials consumed and work completed to that point.

Installation

• Installation quotes assume safe, ground-level access during business hours.
• You are responsible for confirming that any signage complies with your local council's bylaws and, where relevant, your landlord's or body corporate's consent.
• We are not liable for damage to concealed services, unsound substrates or pre-existing structural defects.

Warranty

Laminated outdoor graphics are warranted against ink fade and delamination for the period stated on the product page under normal New Zealand conditions. The warranty excludes accidental damage, vandalism, storm damage, incorrect cleaning and any modification made after we hand the job over.

Consumer Guarantees Act

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where you acquire goods as a consumer. Where goods are supplied for business purposes, the Act does not apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by New Zealand law and the New Zealand courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
